By creating an account or using InsureFlow, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to conduct the insurance activities performed through your account.

InsureFlow may be used for lawful insurance sales, client servicing, calling, intake, policy, document, and business-management activities. You are responsible for licenses, appointments, disclosures, consent, recordkeeping, do-not-call compliance, and all other rules that apply to your work.

You must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and devices, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared or used to bypass session controls. We may limit or suspend access to protect clients, users, or the service.

You must have a lawful basis and any required client authorization before collecting, uploading, using, or disclosing personal, financial, or health information. You control the content entered into your account and are responsible for its accuracy and lawful use.

If HIPAA applies, you must use InsureFlow only after confirming the appropriate configuration and executing a Business Associate Agreement when required. These terms do not replace a Business Associate Agreement and do not independently make a customer's operations HIPAA compliant.

Quotes, eligibility indicators, compensation estimates, forms, carrier details, and workflow suggestions are operational aids, not guarantees or legal, tax, medical, or underwriting advice. Carriers make their own decisions. Users must verify current carrier requirements before submitting business.

Paid access renews for the selected billing period unless canceled. Charges, taxes, renewal timing, and any refund rights are shown at purchase or in the applicable order. Failure to pay may result in restricted or suspended access.

You may not access another person's account, submit false or deceptive information, violate communications or privacy laws, distribute malware, probe security controls, interfere with the service, scrape data without permission, or use InsureFlow to harm clients or third parties.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, InsureFlow disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for carrier decisions, lost commissions, customer misconduct, third-party outages, or indirect or consequential losses. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, risk, unlawful conduct, or material breach. We may update these terms as the service or law changes and will identify the current effective date.
